Known for her powerhouse voice and magnetic stage presence, Steph Amoroso is a New York City-based multi-hyphenate—singer, songwriter, musician, and actor—whose music and live performances fuse pop/rock intensity with fearless theatricality.

After earning her BFA in Musical Theatre from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Amoroso quickly made her mark in NYC’s immersive scene, joining the cast of Punchdrunk’s legendary Sleep No More. There, she became a fixture of the show’s dark, dreamlike universe—both as a resident character and as the dynamic vocal force fronting the in-house jazz band. Her commanding presence earned her headliner status during the show’s famed Halloween and New Year’s Eve parties.

In 2022, she held a six-month residency at The McKittrick Hotel, showcasing her original music each week. Now, you can catch her every Saturday night at Silver Lining Lounge on the Lower East Side, where her high-voltage sets and raw, unfiltered energy make her impossible to ignore.

After releasing several pop-dance singles, Steph embraced guitar‑driven, retro‑country rock on her full‑band EP Road to Eden (2023). Ryan Martin of Jammerzine calls it “a retro sounding set of songs, each powerful in its own right. Each with that feeling of originality. All with the unique and golden voice of Steph at the forefront.”
